Refund/Replacement Policy for Play Retro:

At Play Retro, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a positive shopping experience. We offer the following refund and replacement policy for our gaming box:

  1. 15 Days Return/Replace Policy: if you face defects in the product you can ask for replacement/return in the 15 days only.  

  2. Eligibility for Returns/Replacement: To be eligible for a return, the gaming box must be not damaged, it should be in its original packaging, Please ensure that all accessories and components are included and please also make a video of the issue based on which return will happen.  

  3. Refund: Once we receive the returned gaming box and verify its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the user via UPI & Net Banking.

  4. Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that the gaming box arrives damaged or defective, we offer free replacement/return. Please contact our customer support team immediately upon receipt of the damaged item, providing relevant details and supporting documentation such as photos or videos. The damage/defective term means here - remotes got physically damaged, memory card got corrupted, and cable is broken. 

  5. Replacement/Return Process: Our customer support team will guide you through the replacement/return process. We may request additional information or evidence such as a video of the damaged/defective part to assess the damage the user needs to inform us of the defect/damage within 24 hours of delivery if not then a replacement will only happen. If a replacement/return is deemed necessary, we will ship a new gaming box to you at no additional cost or will return it.

  6. Shipping Errors: If you receive the wrong item or there is an error in the shipment, please notify our customer support team as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and any return shipping costs for the incorrect item will be covered by us.

Please note that this refund and replacement policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements that do not meet the specified criteria. We only return the product if it is damaged or defective if you want to return the product because of some other reason ( In the case if it is not damaged/defective ) then we will deduct up to 20%-30% of the product price as an inconvenience fees and will deduct that from your refund and will return the remaining amount to you

 

Cancelation Policy 

You can cancel the item within 24 hours of your order by contacting us at 8669197027, if you are unable to do that then you can refuse the order at the time of delivery
